With reference to the implementation of Contract No. RRP – 45 from 6/12/2024 /BG-RRP-2.017-0023-C01/ funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan for investment implementation under C2I2 “Increasing the innovation capacity of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) in the field of green and digital technologies”, Project subject “The Bulgarian Online Encyclopedia. Connected and accessible encyclopedic knowledge”,
The Bulgarian Encyclopedia Scientific Information Centre – BAS announces a competition for two (2) biology/medical researchers specialising in the fields of: “Animal and human physiology” (1 researcher) and “Kineziology” (1 researcher).
Main requirement:
- Our team members must be scientists (established or young scientists) qualified and experienced in the project’s topics (to be validated with a professional resume, a list of relevant publications and/or indicated hyperlinks to databases)
Other requirements:
- Analytical thinking and ability to analyse and select scientific information;
- Ability to use large amounts of information with a high degree of complexity;
- Ability to find and single out verified sources of scientific information;
- Good language culture and skills in composing and formatting text;
- Teamwork skills;
- Communication skills;
- Proficiency in word processing programs;
- Use of English at a working level.
Main responsibilities:
- Compiling and editing scientific and popular science texts;
- Maintaining contacts with prominent Bulgarian scientists in the relevant scientific field;
- Working with specialised software, developed specifically for the needs of Bulgarian Encyclopedia Scientific Information Centre within the “The Bulgarian Online Encyclopedia. Connected and Accessible Encyclopedic Knowledge” project.
