Anniversary Session
50 years of Scientific Information Center "Bulgarian Encyclopedia" at the BAS
On December 1, 2005, an anniversary session was held in the Great Hall of the BAS on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Scientific Information Center “Bulgarian Encyclopedia” at the BAS.
The anniversary session was accompanied by an exhibition in the lobby in front of the Great Hall of the BAS. The exhibition presented the publications of the Scientific Information Center “Bulgarian Encyclopedia”, separated into the themes “Tradition” and “Contemporary”, as well as old and valuable foreign publications from the collection of the Center’s library. Information panels “50 years of the Bulgarian Encyclopedia”, “International cooperation” and “Others for us” completed the exhibition.
